Collateral management and warrantage
With this instrument Control Union holds full responsibility for the safekeeping of merchandise delivered by depositors into specified warehouses. This merchandise is to be used as collateral for the financial and commercial loans given by banks and traders to these depositors.

The warrant is an excellent credit title which not only allows the purchase of raw material to be financed but also stocks of manufactured product.
