Pre-Shipment Inspections

In order to protect the interests of buyers in international purchasing, Peterson offers pre-shipment inspection (PSI). We provide reliable quality and quantity inspections of equipment and materials post manufacture, but prior to shipment.

Import Certificates

For export to countries with import certification schemes, a pre-shipment inspection is required to obtain an import certificate for the shipment. Without such a certificate, the shipment will not clear customs in the country of destination.

Fully Authorised

Peterson Control Union is authorised to perform such inspections and issue the relevant certificates. Our pre-shipment inspections include quality & quantity, packing, marking and supervision of loading. Upon completion of the inspection, we issue a certificate as verification of product quality and quantity, and thus provide our customers with the peace of mind that when goods arrive at their place of destination, they conform to specifications.
