Allergen Testing

In 2003, the EU adopted Directive 2003/89/EC, in which a list of components is included that may cause allergic reactions in humans. These so-called allergens can be detected in nuts, gluten, sesame, etc. We can detect an extensive range of allergens in both food and feed.
