Reviewer - Social Compliance
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Certifications at Navi Mumbai, India for REVIEWER – SOCIAL COMPLIANCE.
As a Social Compliance Reviewer, you will be responsible for report review and Database Management. Applicants must have a good understanding of the audit process and the application of social regulatory requirements and principles against established standards and protocols. The position requires effective communication.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as report reviewer for Social Audits Schemes – SMETA , URSA , ETI , SLCP , COC audit
- Ensure Effective delivery of audit reports in line with guidelines
- Present a professional image in all dealings with clients and auditees
- Promote CU’s approach and Services at seminars and through presentations and articles
- Provide technical inputs to Backoffice and sales team
- Technical review of reports from auditors
- Ensure Full Compliance with CU’s Code of Integrity & Professional conduct and encourage others to do so
- Witness other auditors for effectiveness of auditing to ensure that competence is maintained
- Mentor auditor and provide ‘on the job’ training
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by manager
- Internal coordination – with Certifier, Auditors, Assistant to Certifiers and Accounts Department
- Join Audit team whenever possible
- Get the competency and skills of Lead auditor
- Act as Coordinator for various data base management (SEDEX, WRAP, ARAVO)
Requirements
- Diploma/ Graduate in allied courses
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience of certification industry
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi – in speech and in writing & understanding
- Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Trained for any ISO lead auditor course (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) would be preferred
- Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
