Control Union Peru is seeking for a HR and Administrative Assistant, in this role you will be part of the Control Union team and responsible to prepare reports for employment records and be in charge of administrative and personnel management.

Functions

  • Entering data into the HR System for onboarding and payroll purpose
  • Preparation of CUUS and Peterson time approval for payroll
  • CUUS and Peterson payroll preparation
  • Onboarding of new staff within the United States
  • Onboarding of freelancers/subcontractors
  • Ensuring all documents are complete and stored within the internal HR/Admin system
  • Preparation of workers compensation work sheet
  • Collecting, preparing, and organizing the employee of the month for the board
  • Collecting the information and preparing the “Quarterly News from Management” email
  • Organizing “Theme Week” once a quarter and supporting within execution
  • Collecting and preparing information regarding different recognition and rewards

Minimum Requirements

  • University Degree in Admin or HR or similar
  • HR courses/training.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office
  • Working knowledge of HRIS Systems
  • Working experience in Human Resources
  • Proven ability to work within a Team
  • Proof of Peruvian citizenship or Applicable Working Visa
  • Management of Microsoft Office, Excel Intermediate / Advanced
  • Advanced English at oral and written level
