Business Process Assistant – Laboratory Operations

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Control Union Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. at Colombo, Sri Lanka for BUSINESS PROCESS ASSISTANT – LABORATORY OPERATIONS.

As a Business Process Assistant – Laboratory Operations you will be responsible to ensure smooth workflow by accurately receiving samples, entering data into laboratory systems, and supporting daily operational processes.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Act as the main contact point for receiving and handling samples.
• Verify submissions and enter essential information into the system.
• Ensure proper sample identification and tracking.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
• Maintain records and support smooth sample flow while following SOPs and quality standards.

Requirements

• A/L in science stream/ Diploma level qualification.
• Good communication and customer-service skills with proficiency in English.
• Sound IT knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in laboratory administrative roles is beneficial, though training will be provided.
