Senior Executive - CRM (Plastic Certifications)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Control Union Certifications, at Navi Mumbai, India for SENIOR EXECUTIVE – CRM (PLASTIC CERTIFICATIONS). 

As a Senior Executive – CRM (Plastic Certifications), you will be responsible for managing the contracting, planning & helping certifier for the monitoring activity of the assigned schemes, programs or modules. The position requires strong communication. You will be responsible for delegated tasks for the schemes, programmes or modules.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure client engagement from onboarding to renewal.
• Review of client documents.
• Contracting of clients, review, as applicable:
• Contracting process
• Planning
• Maintaining trackers for execution of audits
• Maintaining tracers for reporting process
• Post-certification process (sending scope to scheme owners and clients, conducting client survey)
• Maintaining a good relationship with the client, informing the management of changes, and threats in the market.
• Ensuring audits are duly planned and executed.
• Follow up on invoicing and payments in consultation with the Accounts team.
• Track and conduct payment follow-ups throughout the client lifecycle and coordinate with Accounts team.
• Conduct market share analysis to track trends and growth opportunities.
• Report monthly MIS and performance reviews, namely (but not limited to) business overview, KPI overview.
• Provide regular updates on client status, renewals, and business activities.
• Learning new process such as auditing criteria, certification process etc.
• Delegated tasks by Certifier or Scheme Manager or Quality Manager for the assigned schemes, programmes or modules.
• Provide inputs to develop marketing and sales strategy to improve service awareness and enhanced CU brand proposition.
• Keeping up breast of all the related Certifications Programmes offered by the company as well as any market innovation.

Requirements

• Graduate in Environmental Science/ Engineering or related science.
• Minimum 4-year experience in recycling or waste industry.
• Working experience of informal collection of recyclable material.
• Experience of 2-4 years in a certification body for other similar certification schemes such as GRS, RSPO, GOTS, or related would be advantageous.
• IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 would be preferred.
• Knowledge of assessment principles, practices and techniques.
• Knowledge of Certification process and related tools.
• Good command of English in speech and in writing.
• Good presentation skills.
• Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
