About the standard
The Thai labour standard (TLS 8001) supports sustainable business development under the framework of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand and national labour legislation covering labour protection, occupational safety, health and environment, labour welfare, and labour relations. It is also aligned with relevant laws and regulations, as well as conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations, and other applicable international standards and guidelines.
