Meet our Facilitator
Gillian de Villiers has a Master’s degree through research in Microbiology and a wealth of experience in the health research field. Her interest in regulatory compliance began in the pharmaceutical industry. After several years in biological and pharmaceutical research, Gillian moved to the Food industry. She has more than a decade of experience in Food Safety with a particular focus on food labelling and risk-based approach to regulatory compliance. Gillian has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and has found her niche in training and educating.
