Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Control Union (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., at Klang, Malaysia for SALES EXECUTIVE.

We are looking for a proactive, ethical, and relationship-driven Sales Executive who can grow our client base while upholding the trust and integrity of our certification services.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound prospecting in assigned sectors.
• Present company capabilities through meetings, calls, and digital channels.
• Prepare quotations and proposals using approved templates and pricing structures.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and report weekly progress.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Technical teams for smooth execution.
• Follow up for renewals, upsells, and referrals.

Requirements

• Preferably 3–5 years of sales experience in the services sector (consulting, logistics, training, certification, or professional services).
• Dynamic fresh graduates with the right attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to make things happen are also encouraged to apply.
• Confident communicator who can turn opportunities into success stories.
• Able to work independently, think strategically, and act fast in a target-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems, and able to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
