Change notification
Any change to be notified based on the certification contract and its annexes – such as:
- changes in ownership, structure, management,
- any other changes that may affect the Client’s compliance with the requirements
- changes in products or organization,
- in the case of group certification, new members joining or members leaving,
please inform us by sending an email to hungarypefcfm@controlunion.com, and we will send you a confirmation, describing any actions to be taken!
Változás bejelentés
Bármely, a tanúsítási szerződés és mellékletei alapján bejelentendő változást – úgy, mint:
- a tulajdonosi, szerkezeti, irányítási változás,
- bármely más olyan változás, amely hatással lehet arra, hogy az Ügyfél képes-e megfelelni az alkalmazandó előírásoknak,
- a termékekben, vagy szervezetben bekövetkezett változás,
- csoportos tanúsítás esetén új tagok belépéséről, tagok kilépéséről,
kérjük a hungarypefcfm@controlunion.com email címre küldött levélben közölje velünk, majd erről mi visszaigazolást küldünk, az esetleges teendők leírásával együtt!
