About the program
Certification under the Responsible Plastic Management program gives businesses from all industries the opportunity to show how they are working towards a circular plastic economy. The aim of this is reducing unnecessary plastic use in organizations and moving towards models where plastic materials and products are designed to be reused, recycled or composted.
Plastic crisis
The plastics crisis is of growing concern to the public, governments and NGOs, with growing pressure on business to not just take positive action towards improving the environmental impact of their use of plastics, but to do so in a measurable and verifiable manner.
