Optional bolt tension checks and torquing

As part of our rig audit services, Control Union offers the option to include bolt tension checks or torquing in the derrick survey if necessary. This additional step ensures that the fastening elements of the derrick are properly tightened and secure, further enhancing its structural integrity and overall safety of the structure.

DROPS survey integration

To provide a comprehensive assessment, we offer the option to combine the survey with a DROPS (Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme) survey. This integration allows us to evaluate potential hazards related to dropped objects and implement preventive measures effectively, further enhancing the overall safety of the structure and its surroundings.
