Senior ICT Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen at IT at Navi Mumbai, India for SENIOR ICT ENGINEER.

As the Senior ICT Engineer you will be managing the delivery of the ICT Operations and support function in the Asia region. The position requires strong technical and collaborative skills. Applicants will be the technical lead for our ICT infrastructure in India on-premise and cloud infrastructure and must have vast experience of service delivery & project management alongwith relevant ICT Operational qualifications.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Administer and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Monitor and maintain on-premise and cloud backups
• Champion department objectives and key results
• Suggest improvements to on-premise and cloud infrastructure
• Provide remote and on-site support to Energy Logistics sites
• Take the lead on designated ICT projects
• Provide support to the ICT Support Engineers where required
• Undertake ongoing guided self-learning

Requirements

• Diploma/ Graduate in Engineering (IT/ CS/ ETC/ EE or relevant field)
• Minimum 4 years of service delivery & project management experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of:
  • Azure administration and security
  • Aruba and Meraki networking
  • VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
  • Windows Server
  • Enterprise storage
  • Enterprise backup
  • Citrix ADC and XenApp
  • Microsoft 365 and Office 365 platforms
