Control Union takes action to protect intellectual property

At Control Union, we are committed to safeguarding our intellectual property and ensuring the integrity of our brand for the purpose of supporting our clients that use our logo in their daily communication with their buyers. Recently, we became aware that Clean Globe (operating in the APAC region), who is involved in the certification of textile products, allegedly infringed upon the Control Union trademark.

After initiating legal actions against this trademark infringement, we were pleased that Clean Globe responded by adjusting their logo to minimize the risk of confusion. We want to emphasize that there is no connection between Control Union and Clean Globe. We appreciate the support and understanding of our clients, partners, and the public in this matter. Control Union remains dedicated to upholding our reputation and ensuring the authenticity of our brand in all regions.
