Royal Peterson Control Union Group B.V. strengthens training and technology services with acquisition of Iverson

Royal Peterson Control Union Group B.V. (RPCU) has reached an agreement to acquire Iverson Associates Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia’s leading professional IT training providers. The acquisition marks an important step in RPCU’s diversification strategy and strengthens the group’s growing offering in technology, artificial intelligence and professional learning.

Founded in 1994, Iverson has built a strong reputation for high-quality IT training and certification, supporting organizations across Malaysia with the skills needed to respond to fast-changing technology demands. Its customer base includes major corporations, government departments and agencies, government-linked companies, and many leading businesses in Malaysia.

The acquisition will create opportunities to expand Iverson’s well-established training portfolio into new markets. RPCU initially intends to explore growth opportunities in Singapore, China, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines and Indonesia, connecting Iverson’s expertise with RPCU’s broader international network.
