This two-day online course, running from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM, offers comprehensive guidance on auditing management systems, covering fundamental auditing principles, effective audit program management, conducting system audits, and assessing auditor competence. In addition to the ISO 19011:2018 Internal Auditing framework, the course also includes Root Cause Analysis to help participants identify and address nonconformities effectively. Furthermore, it incorporates ISO/TS 22002-1, 4, and 5, which outline essential prerequisite programs for food safety across food manufacturing, packaging, and transport and storage sectors. Together, these elements provide participants with the knowledge and practical tools to perform effective audits, strengthen food safety management systems, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
