Executive - TC & Tracenet (Agriculture Certifications)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Certifications, at Navi Mumbai, India for EXECUTIVE – TC & TRACENET.

As an Executive – TC & Tracenet for Agriculture Certifications you will be responsible to organize and manage data and help serve clients with accurate and timely Transaction Certificates and ensure correct data is updated in the Tracenet portal on real time basis.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Verification and review of TC applications and supporting documents to issue it in Tracenet /CUSI/ ICU (system).
• Organize, update and maintain operational data
• Preparation of Transaction Certificates (TCs)
• Liaison with clients to ensure complete and correct documents are received to process the TCs
• Delegated tasks by Certification Manager and/ or Scheme Manager
• External coordination – with clients and other relevant stakeholders
• Maintaining good relationship with the clients
• Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability
• Maintaining upto date files in the system + hardcopy as per procedures
• Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to agriculture

Requirements

• Must be a graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Food technology/ Forestry or related science
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture-based sales, marketing, technical role
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, statutory requirements and timelines
• Working experience of handling data and establishing checks to ensure data accuracy
• Understanding of Agriculture and related processes would be an added advantage
• Proficient with computers: MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
• Good command of English: in speech and in writing
• Quick learner with strong coordination skills
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
• A team player
